How a pack looks

What you receive before the portal deadline

A Northline pack is the quality side of a PSQ or ITT: scored questions answered from your evidence, mapped to the buyer’s criteria, ready for you to paste or upload. Pricing, commercial forms and portal submit stay with you.

Illustrative example · fictional contractor

Amberfield Cleaning Ltd — college building cleaning ITT

Made-up West Midlands SME (~50 staff). Not a real client. Not a win claim. Invented for illustration only.

The notice
Fictional further-education college seeking scheduled building cleaning across one main campus and two satellite sites. Quality / social value / mobilisation questions in the ITT; commercial schedule separate. Deadline inside three weeks of first contact.
What Northline did
  • Radar match — notice scored against Amberfield’s CPV, geography and contract-value band; flagged as a fit before the contractor’s own list caught it.
  • Evidence map — buyer criteria lined up against certificates, insurance, TUPE history and three comparable contracts from Amberfield’s vault (all still fictional in this example).
  • Quality responses — method, mobilisation, social value, TUPE and KPI answers drafted to the word limits; cross-checked against the scoring matrix.
  • Word-count band — roughly 3,200–3,800 words of scored quality text (inside a First Bid / Bid Desk pack ceiling of 5,000).
What the contractor still did
Set prices and day rates, completed commercial schedules, logged into the e-tendering portal, and pressed submit. Northline never held portal credentials and never invented a price.
Outcome
This example stops at delivery of the pack. We do not invent award results or win rates — for Amberfield or anyone else.
Also illustrative

Ridgeway Soft FM Ltd (fictional, ~30 staff) — local-authority soft-FM PSQ under a short deadline. Northline returned a scored evidence map plus ~1,800 words of SQ quality answers in five working days; the contractor priced and submitted. Same rules: example only, no award claim.
